Tawnee’s passion for cruising and travel was sparked at a young age, inspired by her mom’s involvement with the agency when Tawnee was just 11. She officially joined the agency in 2012 and stepped into a leadership role as co-owner with Julie in 2019. Together, they guide the agency with expertise and vision to have a boutique agency with only agents who are truly passionate about what they do. Tawnee spends her time managing the sales and the administrative teams- making sure the agency is operating at optimal levels for the best customer experience. An avid explorer, Tawnee loves traveling the world with her husband and is driven by a personal goal to experience the wonders of all seven continents.

Also known as Betsy- our second in command Administrator. You will find Betsy assisting with your onboard experiences such as dining reservations, amenity packages, or even online check in help. She resides in Michigan, so she dreams of warmer weather during those cold winters and spends them taking fun girls cruises with her daughter and their family & friends or out venturing to new far away destinations with her husband.

Barry Gleen
Barry is a cruise veteran with an impressive count of 60 cruises and still going. Barry’s love of travel manifested itself at an early age: first as a high school exchange student in Quebec City and later as a student at the school of French studies at the University of Grenoble in France. Throughout his life, Barry enjoyed getting to know different cultures by becoming fluent in French and Spanish and later as an immigration attorney for over thirty years. He is pictured here at his very happy place: on the magic carpet on the award winning Celebrity Ascent overlooking the ocean.

Cindy Beach
For over 25 years, traveling the whole world has been Cindy's passion. Her career for 20 years running a Harley-Davidson Dealership allowed her to travel in Luxury and Style alongside her husband, Charles. When the dealership was sold in 2016 she turned her personal travel knowledge and expertise into helping others on a professional platform. What makes Cindy so unique is that she has traveled and continues to travel as the client and can therefore share real life knowledge and recommendations for so many places literally all around the globe. She and her husband are proud to say that they have traveled to all seven Continents - an incredible and fun achievement. Cindy specializes in Luxury cruises, land tours, custom tours and Africa- having been to Kenya on 10 Safari's already.

Her favorite way to travel is a mix of tourist attractions, local secrets, the best local delicacies, and finding the weirdest attribute the destination has to offer. Running on coffee and dreams, Carolyn's greatest skill is building an itinerary and finding an option that best suits your personalized needs.
