My travel agent, Heather Atkinson, is amazing. My husband and I went on our first 7-day cruise last September on the Royal Caribbean cruise line. We sailed to the Eastern Caribbean. We stopped at Coco Bay in the Bahamas, St. Thomas, and St. Marteen. These islands are beautiful. It was the best decision for a vacation we have ever made. Heather took the reins, walked us step by step through the cruise process, arranged everything we needed, sent us videos about the boat, and gave us tips on where to eat, what to do, and the shows to see on the boat. Heather’s personality shines through with her enthusiasm for life and helping people make their vacation dreams come true. Call me biased but I believe Heather is the best travel agent around. Cruising on Spring Break with 2 teenagers (and NOT bringing their friends like they wanted) was a risk! But we loved it…and did our best to ignore any bickering or eye rolling that occurred! My cruise planner Pete McCain, worked with me to find the perfect cruise for me on the dates that I had available for my vacation. Once we found the right cruise, he went over all the different types of rooms and the prices associated with each of them. Pete was able to answer any questions I had for him and always responded to my emails quickly. My Royal Caribbean app showed my dining time as 5:30 but when I ask Pete, he reassured me that it was at 7:30. He also went over the travel insurance options with me and recommended that I purchase it, just because you never know what can happen.
